§1. General provisions
InWhite Data Administrator with registered office at: C. de la Fuente del Berro, 11, Salamanca, 28009 Madrid, Spain. Data is protected in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law and is stored on secure servers. To interpret the term, the glossary of the Regulations is used or as described in the Privacy Policy (if it follows directly from the description). For the purpose of better understanding of the Privacy Policy, the term "User" has been replaced by "You", "Administrator" by "We". The term "GDPR" means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
§2. Data administrator
The service provider is the data controller of its customers. This means that if you have an account on our website, we process your data such as: first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number, job title, place of work, IP address. The service provider is also the administrator of persons who subscribe to the newsletter and persons who place orders by e-mail to Info@inwhiteuniforms.es.
Personal data is processed:
- in accordance with the provisions on personal data protection,
- in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
- to the extent and for the purpose necessary for the establishment, formation of the content of the Agreement, amendment or termination thereof, as well as the correct implementation of the Services provided electronically,
- to the extent and for the purpose necessary for the fulfillment of legitimate interests (legitimate purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject:
- to the extent and for the purposes that are consistent with the consent you have given if you have subscribed to the newsletter,
- to the extent and for the purpose consistent with your consent, if you have placed an order by e-mail.
Each data subject has the right to access data, rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

We reserve the right to process your data after the termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only for the purpose of asserting possible claims in court or if we are obliged to retain the data by national or EU regulations or international law.
The Service Provider has the right to transfer the User's personal data and other data to persons authorized in accordance with the provisions of the law (for example, law enforcement agencies).
Personal data may be deleted as a result of withdrawal of consent or filing of a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data. The Service Provider does not transfer personal data to other persons other than those authorized in accordance with the provisions of the law.
We have implemented pseudonymization, data encryption, and access control to minimize the consequences of a possible data security breach.
Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by us or by processors with whom we work closely.
